PC Dynamics informs users and consumers that its commercial activities, sales conditions, and personal data processing are fully compliant with the applicable legislation, as specified below:
1. Personal Data Protection
Pursuant to Legislative Decree of 30 June 2003, No. 196 ("Personal Data Protection Code") and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("General Data Protection Regulation" – GDPR), PC Dynamics guarantees that the processing of users’ personal data is carried out in full compliance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency, relevance, and data minimization, while respecting the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subjects.

2. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles 52 and following of Legislative Decree of 6 September 2005, No. 206 ("Consumer Code"), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods, without providing any reason and without any penalty, subject to the exceptions provided by law.

3. Sales Conditions
All general sales conditions applied by PC Dynamics comply with the provisions of Legislative Decree of 6 September 2005, No. 206 ("Consumer Code"), particularly regarding distance contracts, consumer protection, and transparency of commercial practices.
4. Custom Configurations, Hardware Modifications and Limitation of Liability
4.1 Scope of Warranty
The warranty offered by PC Dynamics on refurbished products covers only defects of conformity and malfunctions present at the time of delivery and not resulting from improper use, modifications, tampering, or configurations that do not comply with the original manufacturer’s technical specifications.
For business customers (B2B), the provisions of the Civil Code regarding warranty for defects in sold goods apply.
For consumer sales, the mandatory protections provided by the Consumer Code remain in force.
4.2 Custom Configurations and Post-Sale Modifications
Any modification, upgrade, replacement, or integration of hardware components carried out by the customer after delivery shall be considered an independent intervention and under the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Installation of GPUs not provided for by the original manufacturer
- Replacement or upgrade of power supply units (PSU)
- Installation of aftermarket cooling systems
- Addition of RAM, storage, controllers, PCIe cards
- Internal structural modifications
- Use of components with power consumption exceeding design specifications
- Use in environments unsuitable from a thermal or electrical standpoint
4.3 Use Not in Compliance with Manufacturer Specifications
The customer is required to verify the mechanical, electrical, and thermal compatibility of any components they intend to install, based on the official specifications of the original manufacturer (e.g., Dell, Lenovo, HPE, etc.).
PC Dynamics shall not be held liable for:
- Component overheating
- Damage to motherboard, PSU, or other modules
- Short circuits or electrical instability
- Malfunctions resulting from excessive power consumption
- Dimensional or structural incompatibilities
- Performance degradation or system instability
If the customer installs components not expressly supported by the system manufacturer, any resulting damage will not be covered by any form of warranty.
4.4 Warranty Void
The warranty shall automatically be void in the following cases:
- System tampering
- Removal or replacement of original components
- Use of non-certified or incompatible components
- Custom configurations not approved by the manufacturer
- Damage caused by improper installation or misuse
In such circumstances, any repair intervention will be considered out of warranty and subject to quotation.
4.5 Limitation of Liability
PC Dynamics shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
- Custom configurations requested by the customer
- Installations performed independently by the customer
- Use of the product in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose
- Technical choices made by the customer contrary to recommendations provided by the seller
The customer assumes full responsibility for any damage resulting from improper use or hardware modifications not compliant with the original technical specifications.
4.6 Acceptance of Conditions
By completing the purchase, the customer declares that they:
- Have read and understood these conditions
- Are aware of the technical limitations of the purchased product
- Accept that any custom configurations are performed under their own responsibility

PC Dynamics, as Data Controller, informs users that personal data collected through the website www.pc-dynamics.it will be processed in compliance with applicable legislation and as specified below:

Personal data provided by users are processed for the following purposes:

- Fulfillment of contractual, fiscal, and accounting obligations

📦Withdrawal Terms
Information pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005 ("Consumer Code")
Consumers purchasing products via www.pc-dynamics.it have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods, without providing any reason and without any penalty.
1. Exercise of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must send written communication via email to:
info@pc-dynamics.it
indicating:
- Order number
- Customer details
- Product(s) subject to withdrawal
- Reason (optional)
2. Return Conditions
Goods must be returned intact, complete with all parts and accessories, in the original packaging, within 14 days from the withdrawal notice.
The consumer is responsible for any decrease in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and functioning of the goods.
3. Refund
PC Dynamics will refund the amount paid (including standard shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, using the same payment method.
The refund may be withheld until the goods are received or proof of shipment is provided.
4. Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code:
- IT products (such as servers, workstations, hardware components, RAM, SSDs, GPUs, processors, etc.) that have been installed, used, tampered with, or have had warranty seals removed
- Software or digital licenses that have been activated
- Products customized or configured upon customer request
- Products sold as refurbished, used, or ex-demo if subsequent use or handling has altered their original condition
