Shipping Coverage

PC Dynamics provides worldwide shipping services.
However, due to international regulations, safety considerations, and sanctions policies, shipments cannot be made to countries involved in active conflicts or subject to international trade restrictions. These include, but are not limited to:

Russia, Belarus, restricted areas of Ukraine, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Afghanistan, Sudan and Yemen.

Customers are advised to contact PC Dynamics prior to placing an order if there is uncertainty regarding shipment eligibility to a specific destination.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight and volumetric dimensions of the package.

For shipments within Italy, delivery is free of charge.
Pallet shipments within Italy are excluded from free shipping and will be quoted upon request.

For international shipments, transport costs vary depending on the product category, weight, destination country and selected logistics service.

Order Processing and Dispatch Times

Orders for components and small items received before 12:00 (CET) on a working day are generally processed and dispatched on the same working day.

Workstations and servers require additional preparation and diagnostic testing. These products are processed within one working day and are typically dispatched on the second working day following order confirmation.

Processing times may vary during peak periods or in case of technical configuration requirements.

Payment Methods

PC Dynamics accepts the following payment methods:

• Credit and debit cards
• PayPal
• Klarna (available only in selected European countries)
• Bank transfer (available upon request for business customers)

All orders are processed only after payment confirmation has been received.

Returns, Exchanges and Lost Shipments

In case of damage, loss or delivery discrepancies, customers must notify PC Dynamics in writing within 24 hours of delivery with proof of damage, loss or delivery discepancies.
