Yes. PC Dynamics is an Italian company specialized in refurbished enterprise hardware, including servers, professional workstations and IT components. Every product is thoroughly tested, cleaned and verified before dispatch.
2. Are Your Products Tested?
Yes. All products undergo comprehensive functional checks and stress testing to ensure they are fully operational and reliable.
3. What Warranty Do You Offer?
All refurbished products sold by PC Dynamics include a 3-months Return to Base (RTB) warranty, valid from the invoice date.
What Does "Return to Base" Mean?
The Return to Base warranty means that, in the event of a malfunction during the warranty period
1. The customer contacts PC Dynamics and provides a description of the issue.
2. The customer returns the faulty product to PC Dynamics at their own expense, in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.
3. Once received, our technicians perform the necessary diagnostics.
4. If the defect is confirmed, PC Dynamics will, at its discretion:
- Repair the product, or
- Replace it with an equivalent product of equal or superior specifications.
If the Product Is No Longer Available
If the item cannot be repaired and an equivalent replacement is not available in stock, PC Dynamics will issue a refund for the amount paid for the defective product.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Improper or non-compliant use
- Incorrect installation
- Unauthorized repairs or tampering
- Accidental, electrical or external damage

- Italy: 24–48 hours

5. Do You Ship Worldwide?
Yes. We ship to over 100 countries using trusted international couriers such as DHL Express and FedEx.
6. Can I Buy VAT-Free with a European VAT Number?
Yes. If your VAT number is valid in the VIES (VAT Information Exchange System), we can issue an intra-community invoice without VAT.

No. ECC Registered memory (RDIMM) is only compatible with servers and workstations that support Registered memory. It is not compatible with desktop systems using UDIMM modules.
